Florida law requires all drivers, front-seat passengers, and passengers under 18 to wear safety belts. Children under 4 must be in a safety seat; ages 4-5 in a safety or booster seat.

Speed limits show the fastest speed you may drive under favorable conditions. In Florida, the speed limit will never be higher than 70 mph. Fines are doubled in school and construction zones.
